Cemetery Veroia

This is a large, well-defined cemetery that includes the Saint Anthanosios Greek Orthodox Church. There is also a large parking lot next to the cemetery. Please see the map for directions. Veria or Veroia has been populated since as early as 1000 BC. This is a very old city, even by Greek standards. The apostle Paul preached in the city and the inhabitants were among the first Christians in the Roman Empire.
