Dănuț Puşcău

In memoriam

Victim of the January 2006 Anina mining accident. He is buried at Cimitir Celnic, but his name is also on the monument in Anina-Steierdorf/Sigismund Cemetery. Dănuţ Puşcău  (39 years old) – father of 2 children, won 1.7 billion lei in LOTO in 2004. Only Dănuţ Bălan was buried separately in the family grave in the Celnik cemetery, at the request of his family. He was blessed by the Orthodox priest from Ciclova and by the Roman Catholic local priest Robert Bariz. He was accompanied by the brass band from Steierdorf - Anina, which had often accompanied him to the church fair march in the past.
