In memoriam
An Obergefreiter serving with 11 Staffel Kampfgeschwader 54, he was fatally injured in a crash and died at Awlona [Vlorë]. Gefreiter Hans Georg Lampe , Gefreiter Rolf Artur Kloß and Unteroffizier Willi Westebbe also died in the same incident.
