Anthony Handkinson

In memoriam

Civilian; an agent of MI9. During the Second World War, the British Directorate of Military Intelligence Section 9 was given the task of aiding prisoners of war to escape. Son of Richard Handkinson. Was taken prisoner on the 28th. July 1942, along with Jack Stuart . They were both executed on the 7th. February 1943, at Averoff Prison in Athens.
