From the Kališnik farm in Brezje. He was a member of the Slovenian Home Guard that had retreated to Austrian Carinthia at the end of World War II. He was forcibly returned to Yugoslavia and murdered. (Matija Škerbec. 1957. Krivda rdeče fronte. Cleveland: Author, p. 147)
