Basilie D. Malcoci

In memoriam

The merchant Basilie D. Malcoci had built an inn, today a historical monument, on 21 Galați Street (in Braila) above the entrance of which there is a bas-relief carved in stone, representing the family coat of arms, consisting of two lions facing each other, supporting the crowned bicephalous tails, superimposed with the initials B.D.M and the year of construction, 1864.
