Husband of Florence Clegg, (nee Mitchell) married at St Albans' Church, 14.11.1903. - 42, Coldwall Street, Rochdale. Father of Doris May (b.21.5.1904) & Ronald ( b.15.10.1909). Son of Eliza. Brother of William. Enlisted at Bury, 26.7.1917. Died at 49th General Hospital, Greece, from malaria and dysentery. Employed as a woollen piecer.
