Birthplace: Zavidovici, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia. Son of Abraham and Buna Altarac. He was a merchant and married to Bianka. Prior to WWII he lived in Zavidovici, Yugoslavia. Isak was murdered in Jasenovac, Yugoslavia.
