Son of Tomaž Grom and Frančiška Korže Grom. From Stara Vrhnika. He retreated with other Home Guard troops to Viktring, Austria in May 1945, but was forcibly repatriated by the British and murdered at Teharje. Source: Zaveza št. 53 (22 Jun 2011)
