Cenotaph at Precious Blood Chapel. Surname spelled Blažko on the memorial. Son of Vincenc Blaško (probably memorial #115335352) and Pavlina Lokar Blaško. Born in Cleveland and lived in Celje. Died at Bavdle pri Grčaricah (?) and buried in Hrovača. Received a doctorate from the University of Ljubljana's School of Law in 1943.
