Slovenian communist official and Yugoslav politician. Prime minister of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1969–1971). High-ranking official in Yugoslav military intelligence (OZNA) and the secret police (UDBA) from 1945 to 1957 and in charge of political repression of anti-communist opposition in Slovenia. Accused of violations of human rights and crimes against humanity.
