The beloved actress of theater and film Archeological Museum was born in Athens on January 12, 1932. Her real name was Eugenia Karpouzi. She spent her childhood in different cities, following transfer to her parents who were teachers. In the same year was accepted at the Drama School at the National Theatre, where he studied next to Dimitris Pontiri, Angelo Terzaki, the Katerina and George Pappas, who was also the first great love. He graduated in 1954 starring Ms. immediately anointed. Her first role was in the theater plank next to Melina Mercouri and Vassilis Diamantopoulos, the work that Helen came in October 1954 at the Theatre Kotopouli. After 1960, it created its own private theater companies and worked with super comedians like Konstantaras Lambros, Dinos Iliopoulos, Mimis Fotopoulos and Dionysis Papagiannopoulos. From 1968 until her death played with Kostas Kazakos, Kambanellis, Albi, Ibsen, Chekhov, Anagnostakis, and in 1985 performed the first ancient drama, with Medea, directed Bolanaki, show that in the Odeon and Epidaurus resounding success. Last of the theater was the blues Diamonds and Loula Anagnostakis. In her personal life did two weddings. The first journalist to Chatzifoti Zachos in 1962 and the second with actor Kostas Kazakos in 1967, with whom he remained married until the end of her life. In Kazakos gained a son, Constantine, who successfully followed in the footsteps of his parents, himself being an actress. The Archeological Museum died on July 27, 1992, defeated by cancer. Founded in memory of the same year, the Foundation Archeological Museum, for palliative treatment of patients suffering from cancer and chronic diseases and concluding in any way relieve their pain.
