Amir Hodžić, the son of Ćamil Hodžić, gave his life on June 19, 1993, on Boksevica Mountain, for the liberation of his only Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a platoon commander, he was an extremely brave fighter, determined and fearless. He died as a member of the 45th Mountain Brigade. His bravery is witnessed by the greatest war award "Golden Lily", which was posthumously awarded to him in 1994. The "Golden Lily" badge is awarded to members of the Bosnian Armed Forces who excelled in armed opposition to the aggressor, contributed to the expansion of free parts of the Republic and performed several acts in which their personal courage and sacrifice were expressed.
