Anton Delhysa ( Prizren , March 12 , 1904 - Menik , February 26 , 1951 ) was a graduate of the American Technical School , project manager of several construction works, and after the liberation he was one of the 22 shot in 1951 under the pretext of a bomb in the Soviet embassy. (Sq.Wikipedia.Org)
