Arthur Scase

In memoriam

Rank: Private Regiment: Norfolk Regiment, 2nd Battalion Died: 4th November 1915 Age: 36 years old. Arthur was the husband of Sarah Ann Scase, of Market Street, Shipdham, Norfolk. He attested for the Norfolk Regiment and served with the 2nd Battalion in the Eastern Mediterranean theatre of operations from the 15th October 1915, attached to the 6th Battalion, Royal Dublin Fusiliers. Killed in action on the 4th November 1915, Arthur has no known grave and is commemorated by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission on the Doiran Memorial, Greece
