The Mausoleum of Marasesti is a monument located near Marasesti, Vrancea County, Romania built to commemorate the Battle of Marasesti and Romanians who died fighting for Romania during World War I. The memorial, designed by George Cristinel and Constantin Pomponiu, opened on September 18, 1938. The remains of 5,073 Romanian soldiers and officers are buried on the site.
