It contains 20 sandstone gravestones, most of which date from the 18th century. The inscribed epitaphs are in Bulgarian and Hebrew. The last known Jewish burial in the cemetery was in 1950. The site is now neglected and used as a waste dump. It is surrounded by makeshift huts occupied by Roma and is unfenced.
