Saint Nikolaos Cemetery

This cemetery no longer exists. After 1936, the locals have been using the Transfiguration of the Saviour Cemetery in Mendouryianika, Regional unit of Corinthia to bury their deceased. The church of Saint Nikolaos on the cemetery grounds was built prior to 1798 by the wealthy local family of Mamonas and was initially privately owned. Today only rocks are left from the Mamonas mansion, but the church itself is well-maintained and has impressive and unique iconography. Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.
