West Cemetery Park is the second largest cemetery in Bulgaria. Its total area is about 500 deca[re]s and has been steadily increasing, functioning since 1975. It buries people of all ethnicities, socially weak people, people with an unspecified identity and a separate pet plot, which is the first in Bulgaria. In the cemetery there is a Hall of Worship and the construction of St. Michael's Church began.
