Balti Jewish Cemetery

Also known as the Beltsy Jewish Cemetery as that was the towns name in the pre-Moldova era. There are estimates of approximately 20,000 graves in this cemetery. There is also a mass grave for the victims of the July 1941 massacre of the village of Novaya Tzura. The bodies were re-buried here on April 4, 2001.
