About the cemetery

The church was built between 1723 and 1732, when it was blessed by Marko Dragojević. It was dedicated by Sigismund Berenyi in 1738. During the battle of Vukovar in 1991, in the Croatian War of Independence, the church was extensively damaged, but has since been restored.
