Ciril Peršin

In memoriam

Peršin was a locksmith from Šentvid. Peršin started collaborating with the communists before the Second World War and became an agitator for the Liberation Front in 1941. He was killed in Vižmarje in 1944 as a member of the communist secret police (OZNA) for the Medvode district. Peršin Street ( Peršinova cesta ) in Šentvid is named after him.
