Constantin C. Roșescu was a Romanian Gendarmerie Major during WWII (became retired Lieutenant Colonel after 1989). Has been one of the Romanian officers participating in "Operation Autonomous" starting December 1943: he was one of the officers tasked with the custody of the three British officers parachuted in Romania.
