In memoriam

Police Officer, Murder Victim. He's leaving behind his wife and their two children. Angelica Toma, the first witness, did try to save his life but she couldn't. His End of Watch was on the evening of June 2nd, 2019, after 3 pm. He was 42. He was buried with Full Military Honors and thousands attended his funeral, which took place on the evening of June 6th.
