Service Number: 4/344 Unit: New Zealand Engineers Next of Kin: A.T. Scrivener (father), Cook Street, Hamilton, New Zealand Attesting 22nd August 1914 at Hamilton, NZ, giving his trade as a Farmer. Embarking 16 October 1914 from Wellington with New Zealand Field Engineers, Main Body on the vessel "Maunganui" to Suez, Egypt. Cyril died of Enteric Fever at Stationary Hospital, Lemnos, Greece.. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred T. Scrivener, of Morrinsville, New Zealand.
