Dragutin (Karlo) Lang

In memoriam

The first deceased to be buried in the Jastrebarsko cemetery was Karlo Lang, the father of the Zagreb bishop Josip Lang. Josip's father was a miller by profession, he owned his own mill in Novaki, where the family lived. Mother's name was Marija, née Zopf (Cof). Lang was buried at the Jaska cemetery in May 1864 at the age of only 37.
