Born in Dolenje Sušice (Slovenia) and died in Belgrade. He was a Slovenian priest, politician, and journalist. He was a close associate of Anton Korošec (1872-1940) and was appointed minister without portfolio in the Yugoslav government in March 1941. He died during the German bombardment of Belgrade.
