A.k.a. Stane, head commander of Slovenian Partisan units, killed in an accident. Rozman was lionized in Communist Yugoslavia and declared a People's Hero of Yugoslavia in 1944, but his reputation has been tarnished since the fall of communism because of his presumed involvement in liquidating civilians during the war.
