Franc Štular was born and lived in Radoviči, Slovenia. His parents were Anton Štular and Marija Vraničar. He was unmarried and was a railroad worker. He died near the castle of Ruperč Vrh near Stranska vas pri Novem mestu, Slovenia. He is buried at Rosalnice, Slovenia (Tri Fare).
