George Henry Durant

13702 Lance Corporal George Henry Durant, Died of Wounds received in action on the 2nd.October 1916, Aged 31, while serving in "A" Company, the 7th.Battalion, The Royal Berkshire Regiment. Son of William John David and Elizabeth Frances Durant. George was originally buried in Janes Military Cemetery, a few miles to the north of Sarigol, exhumed and reburied in Sarigol Cemetery sometime during 1921-22.
