In memoriam
Architect and painter. He studied in Belgrade. He was the author of numerous works of which the outstanding are: the chapel of Jovan Savić in the New Cemetery, altarpiece and interior of the Orthodox Church in Banja Luka, which was destroyed during the Second World War, the Church of Archangel Gabriel in Topčider Cemetery, a cinema and theatre on Terazija, Pension Fund building for civil servants and clerks of the National Bank of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, building of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He built a chapel in the camp in Germany from barracks with great deprivation. The Altarpiece from that Chapel is under the protection of UNESCO and is located at the Church of St John in the central Cemetery.
