Somehow related to Daniel Eckardt, whose inscription is on the same stone. -------------------------------------------- According to "Illischestie: A Rural Parish in Bukovina" by Johann Christian Dressler, and translated and edited by Irmgard Hein Ellingson ... There were brothers - Daniel and Heinrich Eckart with the same dates of birth and death... As there are so many similarities, it can be presumed they are the same people buried in this grave. With this in mind, the data for Daniel is as follows: Heinrich Eckart was born August 1, 1854. He died September 5, 1894. He was a son of Georg Eckart (8/02/1822-12/28/1888 - son of George Eckart and Elisabetha Rumpel) and his wife Katharina Scherer (1827-5/22/1914 - daughter of Johann Scherer and Christina Schuster). Heinrich's siblings were: Daniel (January 12 or 24, 1853 - April 15, 1894) and Kristina (born August 26 or September 7, 1856 - died 1858) Heinrich was married on January 29, 1800 (obviously there's an error in the year) t
