Romanian stenographer, graphologist, historian and fiction writer. He wrote a conservationist study of Bucharest, published in 1910 by Iorga. He created an original system of stenography which became a Romanian standard, was a resident expert at the National Archives, and set up the Romanian School of Graphology and Paleography. He was a stenographer for public institutions and a distinguished veteran of World War I.
