Ioan Margin was born in Bocsa (then Szilágy County, Hungary) in 1941. He died in Bocsa, Salaj on August 4, 2017. He was married to Reghina Margin (nee Pojar in June 1946), my classmate at the Bocsa School between 1953 and 1959; she was my midwife for my only baby in 1972. They had two boys. I attended his funeral ceremony at the Bocsa Cemetery on Monday, August 7, 2017.
