Ivan Sattler

From Šiška in Ljubljana. Homeless civilian, murdered by the Partisans. A Partisan communiqué of 16 June 1942 states that Ivan Sattler (born 15 May 1868, from Zgornja Šiška, Ljubljana) and Reza Škvarča (born 15 Aug. 1882, from Dravlje, Ljubljana) had been arrested on 14 June in Tomišelj. They were acting suspiciously, wandering from place to place and begging. This was considered evidence of theft, and they were liquidated the same day.
