Johann Conrad Reichert

In memoriam

Johann Conrad Reichert was the s/o Johann Heinrich Reichert (1755-1811) & Christina Barbara Weimar-Reichert (1761-1803). He was the grandson of the first Reichert to move to Hungary from the Wurttemberg area of Germany. That was Georg Tomas Reichert (1715-1763). Georg was born in Harta (Hartau) Banat, Hungary, approximately 60 kilometers south of Budapest, along the Danube. Georg & Eva Marie Luckel (1720-1782) married in Harta on 12 Oct 1734. They are buried in Harta, Hungary. Johann Heinrich was the 9th child born of 11 to this union. Johann Conrad was the 10th child born to Johann Heinrich & Christina Weimar-Reichert. In 1797 they moved their family to the village of Liebling, a German settlement. At this time Liebling was in the province of Banat, Hungary. After WWII Liebling was in province of Timis, Romania.
