His sponsors were Martin and Margareta Gobel. Married Eva Catharina Kuntz 12 Feb 1793, Steinsfurt. Married Anna Maria Hüter (Huter Hueter, Huther?) 25 November 1806 in Steinsfurt. Immigrated to Glückstal, Glückstal District, Odessa, South Russia in April 1809, arriving in July 1809. Died 3 March 1848 Lustdorf, Liebetal District, Odessa, South Russia Buried 7 March 1848. No burial place was indicated. Because there was 4 days between death and burial, it's likely that he was taken back to Glückstal and buried there.
