Ksenija Gorjup Hribar

In memoriam

Daughter of Milan and Amalija Gorjup. In January 1944, the Partisans abducted and murdered Rado and Ksenija Hribar, the owners of Strmol Castle. The castle was confiscated by the communist government after the war. The bodies of the couple were found in December 2015 buried in the forest above the village of Mače. According to the SiStory website, the couple were killed on July 18th, 1944 near Cerklje.
