Lamprinos Tsokos

Lamprinos Tsokos (Λαμπρινός Τσώκος) was a Gendarme. He was killed in action during the battle of Mandalon (a village near Giannitsa) on November 26th 1946. He was from Milea/Milia of Aridaia (Pella Prefecture - previous name of the village Karlat or Karladovo). Member of the 8th Company of Gendarmerie for Pursuit and Hunting (8ος Λόχος Κυνηγών Χωροφυλακής). He grave is next to the one of Georgios Tsokos who was from the same village, Gendarme and killed the same date. Most probably the two where relatives if not brothers.
