Maria Hors of Panagiotou (Piraeus 25 March 1921-16 September 2015) was a Greek choreographer and emblematic figure of the Olympic Games, as it was for 40 years responsible choreographer of the Olympic Flame Lighting. Born in Piraeus and studied at a vocational school Koula Pratsika while studying archeology at the University of Athens. Taught expressive movement, dance and improvisation at the Drama School of the National Theatre. Organized by the rhythmic section and Dance Fitness in Girls High School, where he taught for many years. She died at the age of 94 years
