KIA WW2 Italy 351st Infantry Regiment 88th Division Interred in Croatia (formerly Yugoslavia) Ante was born in Zlarin, then Dalmatia, Croatia. His mother was Simica Poturica. According to his Naturalization papers, he legally entered the United States in New York on November 13, 1943 and he enlisted in the Army October 21, 1943. On March 17, 1944 he was naturalized in Camp Wolters, Texas and Sergeant Louis P Keyes and Corporal Weldon L Woodall Were his witnesses. He was never married. Contributor: Barb Nemec (49155196)
