Private 13219 6th Battalion Royal Dublin Fusiliers Killed in action, aged 24. Enlisted at Rochdale, 1914. Employed in the sizehouse at Shore Mills. Previously wounded in the head & hand in Gallipoli. Son of Michael and Ellen Daly, 93, New Road, Dearnley, Littleborough. Brother of Hannah, Cornelius, Francis, Mary, Ellan and John.
