Dick Howard

In memoriam

Private Dick Howard, aged 20, Son of Son of Arthur Howard and Mary Boardman,, of 68, Cross-street, Middleton, was killed whilst fighting with the Lancashire Fusiliers on October 12th 1917. He was a printer's labourer at Rhodes Works, and enlisted in March 1916, going to the front in July of the same Year. He was connected with Parkfield Church and was a member of the C.L.B. . His brother "William" died on this day 2 years earlier in 1915. See also Findagrave memorial #169104918
