He was born in Kuçovo and lived in Tirana, with a trade profession. The blacklist includes "suspicious trader speculator", "agent of foreign services" and "terrorist". Arrested after the dynamite explosion incident at the Soviet Embassy in February 1951. He was shot between February 26 and 27 without trial. (Kujto.al)
