James Cabrey

Private, East Lancashire Regiment. Age: Unknown. ------- Pvt. James Cabrey was the son of James Cabrey, Sr of Glenrae, Bonniconlon, Ballina, County Mayo, Ireland. He was unmarried at the time he went to war, and left everything in his will to his father. James was the brother of Bridget Cabrey Conmy, who was widowed and immigrated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA (then to Chester Co., PA) in 1906 with her five children. Before her husband died, her brother James lived with her family in Lancashire, England.
