Reginald Johnson

In memoriam

Casualty of the Great War,Reginald was a Driver with "B" Bty. 101st Bde. Royal Field Artillery~Service No:94725. He was 27. His two brothers served with the Essex Regiment and having no known grave are commemorated at Bay 7 on the Arras Memorial. Private Christopher George Johnson Service No:12738~died April 14th 1917. Private Herbert William Johnson Service No:21642~age 37~died March 28th 1918.[He left a widow, Annie Elizabeth Johnson of The Lindens Cottage, Fyfield, Ongar, Essex.] They were sons of William and Emily Johnson of Roxwell, Chelmsford and they are commemorated on the war memorial in Roxwell Church
