In memoriam

Suad, child of Juso, was a 17-year-old victim of the Srebrenica massacre, which claimed the lives of 8,373 Bosniaks (Bosnian Muslims), mainly men and boys. A young life taken far too soon. While his father survived the genocide, his mother Džemila died at the beginning of the war. He was wounded on the way to free territory where he soon passed away. Both his father Juso and brother Samir were able to survive after reaching free territory.
