Casualty of the Great War, William was killed in action near Lake Dorrian (sic), whilst serving with the 66th Coy. The Machine Gun Corps (Infantry);Service No: 32742. He was 28 and the son of Thomas and Lavinia Predy, of Main St., Limavady, Co. Londonderry. He is commemorated in the Church of Ireland, Drumachose, Limavady.
