In memoriam

The inscription translates as : "The Mother of the Occupation, 1941. The work of K. Ealsama, placed at the expense of El(eftherios) D. Moyzakh." One hundred thousand Greeks, 40,000 of whom were in Athens, starved to death during the Winter of 1940-1941.
