Victim by Negligence. Monica Novacovici was a 17 years old girl and 11th grade student from Folea, Timiș County, Banat, Romania. Monday early morning, May 13, 2024, at around 1 am, she was on the passenger seat of her 19-year-old boyfriend's BMW going to a party. None of them was wearing the seat belt, and having the high speed of 120 kmh (75 mph), into a curve on DN59 outside of Săcālaz, he being an unexperienced driver who had his license for 4 days only, lost the control, and got out of the road, the car rolling over multiple times. He survived the crash, while Monica died at the scene. May She Rest In Eternal Peace...
